The Celtic Connection Cookbook - a taste of the festival - is a joint publishing project by Aficionada and, of course, Celtic Connections Festival - Glasgow, Scotland; The Largest Winter Festival of its Kind in the World!

The purpose of this cookbook is to celebrate music and food as international languages that bring people together. 

Many recipes have been collected and submitted. Some performers have turned over their recipes on a napkin, some over the Internet and others over a few pints!
